At Pure Motion, we’re committed to providing a welcoming and respectful experience for our clients and instructors.
Please review our studio policies carefully:
All clients must be 18 years or older to register and attend sessions. Clients under 18 are not permitted.
Cancellations within 12 hours of the class start time will result in forfeiture of the session.
No class extensions or credits will be provided for late cancellations.
Clients who fail to attend a booked class without canceling will lose the session or incur the applicable fee, based on their membership or package.
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to enter the class and will lose their session – no exceptions.
Please do not check in if you are not attending the class.
This rule applies to everyone. If you cannot make it to class, you will not be permitted to check in on behalf of yourself or anyone else.
Violating this policy goes against our studio guidelines and may result in suspension of membership.
Grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer Pilates classes.
No exceptions. Entry will not be permitted without grip socks.
